TO is a direct-fired thermal oxidizer (thermal oxidizer), a device that uses the combustion of auxiliary fuel to raise the temperature of combustible organic waste gas to the reaction temperature (780 – 1200\u2103), thereby causing it to undergo oxidation and decomposition. The treatment process of the TO direct-fired furnace mainly includes the following process steps:Waste gas introduction: Introduce the waste gas to be treated generated during the production process into the TO direct-fired furnace.Waste gas pretreatment: Before the waste gas enters the TO direct-fired furnace, pretreat it to remove impurities such as dust and particulate matter.Waste gas combustion: Inside the TO direct-fired furnace, generate high temperature through the combustion of auxiliary fuel, heat the waste gas to the set temperature, and make the harmful substances in it fully burn and decompose into harmless substances.Heat recovery: Recover the heat generated during the combustion process and use it to preheat the waste gas or supply other production processes to improve energy utilization efficiency.Tail gas emission: The tail gas after combustion treatment goes through purification steps such as demisting and cooling in sequence to ensure that the tail gas meets the standards before being discharged into the atmosphere.The TO direct-fired furnace is the core equipment of this treatment process, mainly consisting of parts such as a combustion chamber, a burner, a heat exchanger, and a flue. Among them, the burner fully burns fuels such as fuel oil and gas, converts them into high-temperature flames, and achieves rapid heating of the waste gas; the heat exchanger adopts an efficient heat exchange structure and is responsible for recovering a large amount of heat generated during the combustion process; the flue is used for the safe and stable transportation of tail gas to ensure the safe operation of the system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
